Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust (BREIT) on Thursday named Wesley LePatner as its new chief executive officer.
LePatner will succeed Frank Cohen, who plans to retire from Blackstone at the year-end after a near three-decade tenure.
Cohen will continue to serve as the chairman of BREIT’s board, the company said.
