Coal miners with black lung struggle for fair compensation

Most of the coal mines in Cape Breton have closed but the men who worked underground carry a legacy of lung disease and now face struggles for fair compensation. Canada has no national screening program to monitor mining-related illnesses, leaving open questions about how many workers are affected.
