Insider buying has helped to lift Dream Office REIT (D-UN-T) up the INK Edge rankings into mostly sunny, putting it in the top 30 per cent of all stocks ranked on the basis of value, insider commitment and price momentum. As of mid-week, its 5.1-per-cent prospective annual yield beat the Bank of Canada rate of 4.25 per cent. Meanwhile, on Aug. 28, Trustee Jane Gavan bought 14,700 Series A trust units at $19.39. Finally, price performance over the past 6-months has been strong with units up about almost 26%.
