("BPIC"), the manager of BMO Private Canadian Corporate Bond Portfolio (the "Terminating Fund") and BMO Private Canadian Bond Portfolio (the "Continuing Fund") (collectively, the "Portfolios"), today announced a proposal to merge the Terminating Fund into the Continuing Fund (the "Proposed Merger").
