MISSISSAUGA, ON, May 15, 2024 /CNW/ - the Board of Directors of Cargojet Inc. ("Cargojet" or the "Corporation") (TSX: CJT) has declared a cash dividend of $0.3146 per common voting share and variable voting share for the period from April 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024. The record date for determining shareholders of the Corporation entitled to receive payment of the dividend of the Corporation shall be June 20, 2024 and the payment date for such dividend shall be on or before July 5, 2024. These dividends will be eligible dividends within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
