MONTREAL, June 20, 2024 /CNW/ -- Nuvei Corporation ("Nuvei" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: NVEI)(TSX: NVEI), the Canadian fintech company, announced today that the Company has obtained a final order from the Superior Court of Québec (Commercial Division) approving the previously-announced plan of arrangement under section 192 of the Canada Business Corporations Act (the "Arrangement") involving the Company and Neon Maple Purchaser Inc., a newly-formed entity controlled by Advent International, L.P. This final court approval follows the shareholder approval that was obtained at the special meeting of Nuvei's shareholders held on Tuesday, June 18, 2024.
