Announced the completion of the sale of three properties, totaling approximately 57,500 square feet of gross leasable area, for total gross proceeds of $13.5 million, excluding closing costs. Additionally, PROREIT successfully completed a $9.8 million debt refinancing on two industrial properties with a new four-year mortgage. PRO Real Estate Investment Trust shares T.PRV.UN are trading up $0.04 at $4.82.
